Asurion has an established culture. They care about their employees. When I worked at the site, they would daily do games or hand out treats (pre covid), and attempt to do as many team building things as possible. Asurion us a group to support everyone, from Black lives (run by people of color) to LGBT groups. Inclusion is an issue that Asurion does not have and never will. They are consistently open for growth as a company.

The cons are specific to myself and my experience. I worked at Asurion for four years and there wasn’t a year I didn’t move up to something else until the end. In the end I worked at home and that’s when things began to fall apart. Working remotely the culture that was built up at the site I worked for physically fell apart. Management has less connection or care for their team members which makes things highly stressful.
