Nice place to work, bad management
|
Worked there for a while, really enjoyed my time there, people were great but there was a big disconnect from the office to the floor which would make life hard for the techs... making conflicting schedules for parts that used different tools and last minute changes that would mess up the entire game plan..supervisors and higher ups showed favoritism at times putting the wrong people in charge, higher ups too stubborn to admit when they're wrong

Asyst Technologies is a good company for benefits. The company has no training policy. They show a lot of favoritism towards there employees. If you aren't willing to suck up to the "elite group, you won't go anywhere in the company.
