No complaints. Always work available and new positions to learn. Overtime was mandatory depending on what line you're on. Fun job at least keeps you busy, busy enough to keep you from staring at the hands on the clock all day waiting for your time to get off. Management is all out of whack and they treat you as another interchangeable part in the "Company" engine that can be swapped out just as soon as you're not working up to par with company expectations. Which unfortunately creates an "Us versus Them" mentality. Only problem I had with the place was management. Their systems have been outdated since the 90s. I was routinely told to lie to customers. Cross functional meetings were hostile with people yelling and cussing at each other. Really not family oriented at all. They misuse way past the point of fatigue. This place has really gone done hill the past 4 to 5 years. Working the hours you will work here for the pay you will receive, you would be better off working at purina at least you will receive more money working like a slave or machine with no emotion. Stay away!! The hardest part is getting used to being on your feet 10 hours a day. I very much enjoyed working next to and with my coworkers.
