It struck me that you've mentioned the large network of theatres, but also that you felt there isn't the room to progress. I think we have many specialist teams where I appreciate it may feel there isn't room to progress in a linear way, but do have space to move around the company and I know we are working on how to better support people to do this. I can't agree with your comment that issues in our buildings are 'never' fixed, but I appreciate sometimes issues have to be prioritised and you may have had to wait if your issue was not urgent. While I'm sure our Property and Risk teams would agree there are challenges to working with our older, listed theatres in particular, I've seen first hand the expertise in that team and the way they get started immediately when urgent problems do occur. On a really basic day to day level, we have a reporting system for risks and incidents that we should all be using, so I hope that if there were problems you witnessed they were highlighted.
