Silent Chaos, with inconducive work systems. Culture is good but new top management has other plans.

Org culture is good but some teams don't follow this completely due to recent senior hirings who have other ideas.
Exposure to other teams is good
Can learn a lot on how a company works
Free lunch which is underrated but plays a huge role in employee efficiency
|
Work systems are very inconducive
Pay not so decent when the job environment so tough and spiking work load all the time
Work load - a simple job might need you to make 8 different calls
Unstable teams - new hirings who have been roped with 1 dimensional thinking and older senior managers leaving Ather has caused a lot of turmoil in team culture and work load.

POPS is the secret police watching and gossiping about everything.
POPS leadership is the worst. 0% knowledge: 100% confidence.
Biz partners are the worst of the lot. On top, we have bigger mess. Everyone falls into trap laid by POPS.

Engineering aspects are not giving importance.
No Proper Goals - If the company doesn't show 3-4 years of Goals employees don't get motivated to work as many Employees plans there work also well ahead.
Problem with Team Organisation which leads many decisions dangling and gives less confidence. The tech decisions are distributed here, I suggest go for centralised which gives better clarity.
Managers hiring is not done right - They don't understand tech well but they drive people which is irritating factor.
No Encouragement for new initiatives.
Some Managers are not approachable - Leaders grow along with Employees but Managers doesn't understand that - They need good training in these aspects.
Corona Time Pay cut hits many people and their family financially, it has to be considered and revert soon.
Insurance, Gratuity, Employers PF are part of CTC which is not in many companies I have seen - this is really bad.
Recognition is not done right way.
Vehicles are not tested right way/methods - This needs improvements.
