Benefits, pay, and work hours are good. Company culture used to be excellent and when I first started there I enjoyed going to work every day.

Company is very unorganized as a whole. Management makes too many continuous changes, no feeling of job security. No communication, no accountability for employees.

Good benefits, very nice people to work with just never time to get a break. I learned a lot from there. I loved my bosses but just too much work for the amount of employees we had.
