Good for some, if you enjoy warehouse work then this is a great place. Personally do not like working inside. No real connection with co-workers because they do not allow you to stop and talk.

pay is good but not good enough
|
The job is rather easy the pay is decent but the problem is managment if your on night shift your SOL they overwork you most of the time and its 6 to 7 days a week at 12 hours a day no rest nothing this was the second most stressful job iv ever had i wouldnt go back for $20 an hour

Everyday there is something new they nitt pick at you about or try to change up and want you walking on eggshells

I worked there for almost 2years and it’s been a headache and stressful those two years! It started off we had to prove ourselves to some people from Atlanta that talked to us any kind of way but it got even worst when they let people be in charge that had previously been employed there with another company . No one will train you , you have to pretty much learn yourself especially on 1st shift and the previously employed people look out for their “buddies” having them taking multiple breaks , eating breakfast , and laying around the desk talking and never giving a helping hand , just laying back milking the clock longer hours than we needed to be in there (until a new manager came in ) but before was a lot of bullying and getting over due to 3 people in there and you’ll learn who they are if you ever work there. Job needs WAY better management. Some days you have a 12 hours worth of work with 1 break which you didn’t sign up for, the next day you get in the parking lot they send you home without punching the clock so you didn’t get paid for coming to work period! And they take PTO u without asking you so that’s no good. Only good thing is the work is not too hard but they definitely make it extra difficult!

The job i had wasn't very easy but with a strong mind and a drive for more, you could be successful handling the posiiton. my position wasn't a position meant for everyone. My manager always gave me a hand when things felt overwhelming and if i was put in a serious situation he would help me out.
