It was not much of a career type job. The schedule was erratic and the hours were short little classes a few times a week. I think they have changed the structure for teachers now. Students are amazing, did not work for current manager, but the previous manager was superb, he is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Management claims to not discriminate if you have a family, which is false. You are often penalized for missing work if your child is ill. Same for the students if they have kids they are often penalized for it. I would not recommend working here, unless you are into drama and being fake. The” culture “ is a farce! Almost all of the good instructors leave because the see how awful it is. People are 2 faced, petty ,and passive aggressive. There are a few quality workers there , and that is all. The instructors at ASM are truly one of a kind and they all bring differentiality to each and every class I attended. I hung on the edge of my seat every single night from 7-10 pm. I just want to thank all of them for the patience, willingness and selflessness to be there with all of us. This was not a job for me, it was actually school. However, I did intern here in the Sensibility clinic and I really enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed my classmates and the different community service opportunities.
