I have learned to interact with all levels of co workers and the public. I manage the legal unit as my direct supervisor is frequently out of the office. I am depended upon to supply all requested information and keep an efficient flow. My co-workers are professional, proficient and perform their duties professionally, with little or no supervision needed. The hardest part of my job is not to smile all day. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I work independently with little or no supervision.
