Too many to name...but, gender discrimination, complete chaos in the corporate office, no communication, corruption, insane amount of turnover, hostile work environment, and no one is on the same page. I just can't put it all into words.

This company does not appreciate their employees. They place people in positions with just having paperwork behind their name and NO experience. Not sure why they have core values... such as integrity, continuous improvement. They do not invest in their employees.

Make sure you get a good Manager so you can actually use your benefits. No checks and balances with this Company. They do promote from within, however they tend to promote inexperienced and morally bankrupt employees. Best advice is to keep looking for other opportunities.

It’s a well oiled wheel and if you have great ideas they want to know and recognize you for it. I’ve never been happier.

Need to re-work management and their properties
|

Great company, good benefits, and easy to work your way up. This company actually cares and offers wonderful programs to its residents- scholarship monies for college education, and rent discount incentives for grades 1-12 that make the honor roll, as well as free meals and tons of fun and free activities.

They throw newbies into management that don't have a clue what they are doing. Ridiculous how little they know. Very little training for management- management is often trained by assistant managers and leasing agents. Also, the majority of their properties are god-awful. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy to live on one of their properties, accept maybe Silver Leaf. The rest are bed-bug ridden and completely disorganized. To the point they cannot tell a prospect definitively when an apartment might be ready to move in. Terrible practices. They need to overhaul management and their properties and offer extensive training to everyone involved.
