saying all of these pros its not worth it to work here with the cons you can do most of these things outside of working at major labels

very cliquey
everyone has been around for ages and they're less open to new people even though people come and go like a revolving door
the people who stay are ones who won't make it out of atlantic's bubble
a lot of fakes and very political
make sure to sift out your supervisor - mine did not set me up for success and I was a ploy to make them look good and save the day
beware of catty and territorial fights on workload. it's a very toxic environment where people point fingers and you have to constantly get things in writing because there is no team synergy and things fall through the cracks

try to nurture you junior staff. stop pinning people against eachother and encourage work instead of competition. also please make sure people who are staying late are actually doing work instead of staying and saying they're doing work *eye roll* please measure success on employee's work and not how much you hang out outside the office or how much they kiss your behind

Great staff, senior leadership is generally warm and assistants are family
|
Long hours, had a terrible manager who took away any work-/life balance with an average out time after 8p each day. Had to get their coffee, grab their meals, etc; wasn't the right role, but was still made to feel small, generally unimportant and underpaid by way of my work duties and demands.
