If you are a woman planning a family don't do it here. I worked at atlas for 10 years every woman who became pregnant was terminated, every one of them! Very high turnover rate for managers about every 3 years they replace vps and senior managers in operations. Mechanics run roughshod over their managers.

The only "con" I can think of is that the company is susceptible to the instability of the oil and gas market, therefore your position and the size of the needed workforce is also subject to that same volatility. But, that is very true in any industry.
