I had heard that narcistic CEOs are the most successful. This is evident in Mark's ability to get investments, even when he has no product to demonstrate to investors. Mark fires his engineers whenever they disagree with him or when a deadline is missed. For this reason, there is no continuity of knowledge and the product development is constantly starting from the beginning with his new hire.

There is no regard for your life by management, you are clearly here to execute and if you don’t agree with Mark, don’t bother, get out. No opportunities for career growth, no promotions, no raises. The culture is toxic, like being on a life preserver in the middle of the ocean surrounded by sharks. CEO keeps track of when people arrive and leave. If you’re looking for a story to tell, join. If you’re looking for a healthy job and competitive benefits and any sense of your sanity - RUN. HR presented a plan to even out salaries, then refused to stand by it, over and over. CEO stands in front of the company telling everyone he will get rid of them if they leave before or at 5 pm. Hired people 3 days before laying them off.
