1) Thanks to Atlogys for doing Virtual Onboarding during Lockdown. I have
been working at Atlogys technical consulting for more than a month now as a
marketing associate. We are working as a team to develop new content
(about various technologies the company is working upon) for the digital
space. The team members are very supportive, and the work culture is really
very good.
2) In lockdown the company is working on various projects to deliver at the
stipulated time for the clients. The company also organized town hall
meetings to get in touch with the team, to announce about the various
milestones achieved and about the upcoming projects.

Nothing is good is left in this organization, Don't spoil your life to join this organization. No learning opportunities here. you will feel the pressure without work.

There is no professionalism by management, If you do buttering to COO then you will get good hike and promotion.
How hard work and dedication you have done doesn't matter in this organization the matter is how well you buttering to COO. He is always forced to do stay back and working on the weekends. If you are in leave always troubled by him and the personal question asked. He treats his employee like an animal.
The extreme level of micromanagement by COO he is calculating time how much you spent in the washroom and out of office during lunch.
Management is come after 11 AM or leave 4 PM but If the employee comes 10 mins late they deducted half day salary, every month they target different employee and unusually deduct 2 to 5 days salary. Few employees get the privilege from these due to close with HR and COO.
If you don't have work or you finished your work, you can do timepass in youtube and Netflix but you can't leave 5 min before. HR will give you a warning.

The company does not have maintenance assignments where my work will never be shown to or used by real people.
The projects require latest technologies and pose challenging problems.
The exposure granted allows for direct client interactions.
Lot of opportunities to learn new aspects and technicalities and apply them to the job.
Management really spends lot of quality time to do detailed performance reviews and appraisal notes.

Rajiv destroying the atlogys, he is thinking software is like easy thing, which could be made in one day, Till now, Rajiv fired so many employee from this company. Company will not grow if Rajiv type people are there. RAJAT SIR is good human and he is highly skilled in technology, he helped almost every employee those who stuck in the code and logic.
