Complete product development experience including Hardware, Software design and validation. A great place for someone starting their career. The new architecture work is very exciting with good scope to learn hardware design The CEO is a great Leader, amazing leadership and vision. He is able to keep up the spirit of the company middle of various challenges. The leadership team is very experienced and technically strong. Good compensation and benefits and good growth potential The work culture in Bangalore office not so good. No uniform HR rules and policy varies from person to person depending upon how influential. You can get fired for taking one extra sick leave. But someone taking 6 weeks paternity leave and coming to office once in a while is allowed. HR is face of the company, but here HR is High Risk. Instead of focusing on employee welfare, the HR is spy of the managment. In between playing candy crush all day, she keeps an eye on all employees. watches when they come in go out, how many breaks they take, who is in good terms with whom, and promptly feeds her perceptions to the managment. least sensitive of people issues HR does not practice what is preached. Spends less time in office, but expects people to stay 8 hours daily, takes lot of leaves and WFH, but forces employees to apply sick leave and not allow WFH... Both these have immense potential to disrupt market. Challenging problems to solve , which makes it out of reach by most other companies . A lot of big talk from CEO and managers because their motivation relies on them skimming through a research article and picking up fragments without a comprehensive review of article to completely understand its implications. Weak foundation of knowledge and cannot connect basic principal to application i.e. how light interacts with tissues in different scenarios.
