In my experience, I suffered mobbing from my co-workers, neither mi manager nor HR department was interested in the problem. No comments.

The Country Manager was very understanding and a good person that would help you in case you had any excepcional need. They give many days of holidays per year compared to other companies.
|
The headquarters control everything and it makes everything go slower, because nobody can make a little decision without the OK from Barcelona. They fire people indistinctly and in a bad way, telling them to not to come back the day after. Very rude.

Well stablished company.
Good technical level. Many opportunities to learn, specially with pair programming and talking with your colleagues.
Managers (al least, the ones that I'm currently working with) are really helpful, kind and protective.
Table-tennis, fresh fruit every week, and another good benefits (yes, some startups has better offers, but..).
Great Location in Barcelona.

Some of the domain (business) concepts are complex, so at first, you could feel a bit lost trying to understand how some things work.
As happens in other companies, Atrapalo has a good amount of legacy code, but that means a lot of opportunities to make a contribution.

- HR team takes their job seriously and always are looking for new ideas.
- A good company to meet nice people.
- It is easy to collaborate with other teams and look for new projects.
- Flexible work hours.
- Remote working allowed twice a month.
- Flexible remuneration, ticket restaurant, kindergarten, gym ...
- Living in Barcelona, a city with an excellent quality of life
At leat in BI department:
- Always there are things to do
- Really horizontal company at least in BI department you always hace an opinion and a vote (with arguments, of course)
- 100% able to check and test new technologies
- Recognition to employees for work well done
- If something is wrong, mistaken, or fails it they look for solutions not for the responsible.

- Low salary compared with others companies (same size and sector)
- I really miss a career plan.
