Regular corporate environment with minimal perks.

People leave constantly. I guess in corporate speak they call this a "dynamic" environment. Priorities are changing constantly and it's difficult to keep up. Morale has been low as people are leaving and it doesn't seem like the company cares about employees dealing with burn out. We get thanked several times from the CEO but no bonuses. Virtual social meetings are the death of me and don't replace in-person social events we would have when in office.
