Atria is a beautiful place with so much potential but unfortunately it super corporate driven it renders these community managers basically useless because they can’t think and act on their own. Even a simple question they have to ask corporate first. Their pay rate is terrible so is their schedule. You have to work 5 days straight a certain days.

I truly enjoyed my job!

Overall, this is a great place to work, if you’re a frontline staff. The directors work together and help their staff. Overall executive and corporate management could use some improvement. Felt very inferior and incompetent when needed help. Felt as though some employees were held to double standards, and some were “favorites”. The residents and frontline staff made my time there great. Behind the scenes upper management did not.

Management sucks!!! If not for the residents most of the employees would be gone! You are not supported in your role at Atria, by any management team member. All they do is run you down and tell you what needs improvement. Moral is so low. Food is supposed to be a benefit and it isn't fit to eat!! There is no trained culinary chef, just someone with a "passion" and that won't feed you! Pay is lowest in the area. Front office receive all the perks, not the employees! If you thinking of applying DON'T!!! Believe me you will not like it after a short time. Residents for the most part are great. They are dying of lonliness and isolation. Atria is bad! Communication....there is NONE!!!!
