- The concept and solution approach of the company is unique. Its looking to meet the demands of an emerging industry therefore its potential is limitless. - In terms of work culture, the company has fexible work hours and unlimited holidays. Its all about getting things done (right). They try to accomodate employees as best as they could to make it comfortable to work at.

- Because the company is providing a solution to an emerging industry, there is still a lack of demand for what the company is providing. therefore the goals and and path forward (of the company) is not well defined. - While the company tries to accomodate its employess in everyway. There a lack of accomodation in term of employee returns. I couldn't learn much( career wise) from being part of the company. The salary is also lower than industry average (for the equivalent role).

Neat technology. Interesting testing always happening. Flexible work arrangement.

New features are always rushed, and done in parallel, usually with poor results. Difficult to overcome the legacy knowledge lost with employee turnover. Many managers don't seem to understand what they are managing.
