The residents are wonderful. It’s just a pity that they are treated so poorly.
|
Residents who pay a great deal of money out of their own pockets get mediocre care due to staff cuts. Many very needy elderly have to wait hours to finally get the call light answered.
Also the administration is absolutely as phoney as it comes.

Wonderful residents. Some very dedicated staff. Attention to physical fitness of residents was dedicated and professional, though hired out to another company. Activities were unimaginative and boring.

Wretched management; far too much political intrigue and missed opportunities to serve residents. Shifts weren't equally shared or assigned.
