Other similar companies pay better and same jobs in other nearby city’s pay way better. Upper management doesn’t appreciate buyers, assistants and definitely not the store or DC employees either. Doesn’t matter if you do more work than others you will not get a good raise. Ginny work for atwoods for over 40 years! She suddenly died and Atwoods broke the bank by only sending a bouquet of flowers. Nobody from corporate went to her funeral except one person from the distribution center. People who have been working there for a decade are so bitter. They think if the remain loyal the company will take care of them. They need to realize that they are expendable and the company will forget about you. If you plan on making a living wage working for atwoods lol keep dreaming. Unless you are a corporate stooge you will be making less than $22,000 a year at the distribution center and the stores.
