If there is still a certain salesman there, that has been there since before the expansion, fire him. He makes the workplace exceedingly uncomfortable, and brings his family and illegal baggage into the office. He is the direct reason I never returned to my employment, as I felt very uncomfortable when he asked me to hold onto an illegal firearm for him. Not kidding.

You have direct access to management and all the way up to the CEO. This helps speed up the learning process and fosters continued growth. The payment plan is unique for the industry in thay you will more than fouble your base salary if you're hitting quota. And there's no reason not to be on target with the best in class product in a global market.

There can be some late hours involved, but it's mainly because we do work globally. You can always be prospecting because theres always a market open.
