- take responsibility from day one
- steep learning curve and support from the team
- personal development is awesome, got several trainings for soft-skills
- interesting projects with low hiearchy, meaning you can take ownership
- work relationship is based on a lot of trust, meaning you can manage when you are working on your own and also work remote if you want as long as you get things done
- very mixed team (juniors, seniors, tech, business) that is fun to work with

- sometimes still too much silo thinking, but we are getting better
- you should be willing to go the extra mile sometimes especially in project crunch time
- but there are also more relaxed times
