The management is very open and approachable and regularly communicate the direction and plans of the company to the employees.

Audience View is a great company to work for if you are a part time or aspiring artist. The job offers great flexibility for auditions, shows, or other commitments you may need as an artist. Being in the same parent company as TheaterMania, the employees are also given a complimentary membership to Gold Club, an affordable way to see shows, museums, and concerts in NYC. The only downside is that customer service representatives are paid minimum wage, which can often feel underpaid, especially since we often deal with extremely difficult and verbally abusive customers.

This company is good to work as long as you work under same management which won't last long. The new manager brings in new ideas and team structures which makes employee's place in company on fire. Either people leave themselves or management makes you to do so, that's how it goes. It's a good place to work if hires at top positions but not reliable at junior or intermediate positions.
