Pace of work varies dramatically. This isn’t really a con, it’s more about getting used to how the work will come in bubbles. For two or three weeks, you will be extremely busy, and then for two or three weeks, you will be less busy. If you’re self-disciplined to work on personal growth in the down times, this is actually a plus.

Work life balance is incredible. Growing company in growing industry. Meaningful work and relationships. Different approach than traditional agencies, consultancies, or large corporate companies (in a good way). Work is high quality and not transactional. Lots of autonomy and trust. Culture is relationship focused and not political. Collaborative and team based approach.
