If you are not liked, you are gone. They put tech's in engineering positions that have zero knowledge in being an engineer. Nepotism is a huge problem. Upper management haven't a clue about the amount of work techs do and have zero problem getting rid of their top talent. After your gone they tell others, friends of mine, they can't speak with me. BS beyond belief. The companies design fails to keep clients and the "you are family" from corporate is all lip service. They could care less about you. Was the worst experience of my life and regret the day I started

It would benefit management greatly to actually listen to their various team's needs, rather than changing their mind suddenly and demanding to know where the new changed item is almost immediately after requesting it. Do not force people to move partway into multiple roles because someone is out on leave - either pay the person more for extra responsibilities, or hire someone else to do that job.

Loved some of the people, but lots of problems in upper management.

I met a lot of amazing people that I still consider close to me. They provided experience that boosted me to where I am today. My direct manager always encouraged me and had my back in everything.
|
Lots of nepotism. Relatives or friends of upper management has a better chance at getting jobs or promotions then more qualified people. The culture used to be amazing, but it has been very neglected.
