Team is open, honest about goals, everyone gets to see what the co-founders present to the board. Everyone has a say at daily stand-up meetings if they want. Company is investing in Project Managers, extra Engineers in all departments to enhance ability to bring features to market. All ideas are welcomed as valid.

Competitive landscape is tough to overcome, finding our nitch that we can dominate in is a challenge. Most of company activities so far have been fancy food outings which is great but would like to mix it up.
