Pay is good. Insurance benefits are great. Generous 401k with employer match. I love the location in downtown Frankfort. There's always lots more work to be done, so you're never really finished (maybe not a "con" because it makes the day go by really fast. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 702725 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM AutoAccessoriesGarage.com Consumer Goods Automobiles & Parts

They also work with your schedule. VERY low pay($12.00) I don’t understand how they expect you to make all these sales and doesn’t want to give any commission for it. Also some of the workers are very messy and childish the environment reminds of high school honestly. Also it’s very small maybe about 10 reps all together. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 702725 Open Up the pay to at least $14.00 as well as give commission bonuses so that way you can keep reps instead of loosing them. 0.0 [] No Yes 0.0 Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM AutoAccessoriesGarage.com Consumer Goods Automobiles & Parts

private:autoaccessoriesgarage.com https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=702725 May 5th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open Auto Accessories Garage Marketing Manager Chicago, IL Great Family-Owned Company To Work For Easily the best work environment in which I've ever worked. We encourage and support one another and every employee works toward improving the company, our website, and our customer service. Great benefits, flexible work hours. For me the only downside to my job is something that I willingly took on when I accepted my position, being a suburbanite and having to drive in to the city (Chicago) every day. Well worth it, though. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 702725 Open We are a growing company and I think that if they continue to be approachable and proactive with asking staff how they can improve, things will only continue to get better. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM AutoAccessoriesGarage.com Consumer Goods Automobiles & Parts

They had many benifits, the job was not challenging, selling and upselling to their customer were easy. They really appreciated their employees, If we came in during heavy snow fall they gave us 50.00 gift cards on multipule occasions! Training was very hands on and managers were friendly and easy to talk to. Open until 10pm, requested days off was swapping and if you couldn't get anyone to swap you could not get that day off. several employees that were with the company since they started were very rude and snobby and did whatever they wanted it seemed without reprimand. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 702725 Open Management was great I was somtimes afraid to tell them what was going on if I had a problem but it was not because they were not approachable, but mainly because I didn't think it would have mattered when it came to what they expected from their employees. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 2.0 Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM AutoAccessoriesGarage.com Consumer Goods Automobiles & Parts
private:autoaccessoriesgarage.com https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=702725 Jul 23rd, 2013 12:00AM Open Open Auto Accessories Garage Customer Service Representative Frankfort, IL Very unhappy with this call center. It is an actual call center so you can obtain actual customer service skills. Decent location if you like the south suburbs. Management is very unorganized. I never completed an employment application they just emailed me a Confidentiality Agreement, tax form and direct deposit form to be completed and emailed back prior to my start date. I was told initially that my hours for the first week of training would be 9am-6pm. The first day I started at 9am was sent on a 45 minute lunch and then sent home at 3pm and told to come back at 7am the next day. When I called them later that evening they told me "oh by the way you need to be here at 8am not 7am tomorrow". The rest of that week I worked 8am-5pm but kept inquiring about my real work schedule and was repeatedly told we don't know yet. It was mentioned to me that they needed coverage from 11am-8pm but the manager had the final say. When I inquired about my hours for the next week I was told to come at 7am for the first two days and they would play it by ear from there. So at the end of the second day of that week, I inquired yet again about my schedule and I was then told 1pm-10pm but that they cannot leave me by myself for the rest of that week so to just work 9am-6pm for the next few days and start the 1pm-10pm schedule the next week. I was upset because I was never told that they would require me to work an all night shift everyday in the phone interview or the in person interview, so I felt that they were very misleading and just strung me along. They knew the entire time they needed someone to work nights, but I left another position to come there and there's no way I would have done that to work an all night schedule like that. They should have disclosed this in the interview. Also the working conditions are poor, you are in a basement with only one restroom down there and the lunchroom is right in the middle of the room so every time someone eats or cooks something it smells the entire basement up plus you have the noise of the microwave while you are the phone. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 702725 Open Be up front about the hours you need new hires to work prior to hiring them. If you are looking for someone to work nights advertise that in your job posting or at least tell them that in the phone interview so that they don't waste their time. Stop forcing people who prefer to work days to work night shifts, there are people out there who prefer to work nights only find them! Also be more organized with the new hire training, don't tell people to come at one time and then keeping it changing it every day. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 1.0 Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM Jan 8th, 2021 09:24AM AutoAccessoriesGarage.com Consumer Goods Automobiles & Parts
