What a travesty.
|
A lot of promises most not kept. To many Managers not enough workers. More harassment than anyplace I have worked. Everyone in a bad mood.
Pay is poor. Benefits ok.

I've been here for about a month or so it's okay. It's very dusty and theres annoying heavy stuff but it's not the worst place I've worked at. I would recommend it for a first job for an 18 year old or something

This is a bad company. They fired employees for no reason. I was fired for no reason and when I contacted the dm or ask the store manager to see what was the reason. I had no response. Just said they was letting me go. Only thing good is their benefits. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company.

Not bad but not great.
|
I worked in a smaller vacation town so a lot of the customers were regulars. Overall the job was pretty easy but the management was lacking. There wasn’t any clear direction most of the time and when you tried to advance you always seemed to hit a roadblock. It’s a good job if you don’t mind sticking to counter sales and dealing with people.

Very poor job training.
|
They don't have a very good infrastructure in place to train their new hires. I was thrown in to a role with no training or process. The Sales Manager to whom I reported was a micro manager with very little patience. Every Tuesday morning, there is a mandatory webex meeting at 8:00 AM EST. This is even required for the sales people in Illinois and Wisconsin which happen to be on CST (7:00 AM). This company is very political in nature. Be very careful what you say and to whom you say it-word travels very quickly. Don't drink their Kool Aid.

I was harassed for several weeks by a coworker at this warehouse. I reported the incidents to my boss and no action was taken. I watched several others be treated disrespectfully and nothing was ever said or done.
