Believe the bad reviews- it's all true

not much- except the activities committee- they do a good job trying to bring fun into a horrible atmosphere
|
many- tons of pepole leaving- new hires dont show up or make it through training they are desperate to hire people and take who ever then can get any good reivews are puff and management probably was asked to write them.

Good and flexible hours.

Hostile work environment. They're a real life version of Initech from Office space. Constantly micromanagement, motivation through constant firings always taking about the extra money they see if you want harder from the "commissions" they make from collections (they're a glorified collection agency) while you see none of it. The pay is not on scale for the amount of work they want you to do and you're running 3-4 different systems at all times which don't interface with one another. They also try to sell you on a "family atmosphere" which doesn't exist. They also have you do very unethical things such as not reporting balances and money due back to costumers unless they spot they've overpaid and as for said money back.
