They aim high, and they have developed a solid reputation as a company that gets things done and done well. I have a deep respect for both Tom Reidy and Casey Green.

The company has been navigating tricky waters in the IT sector of late, as demand for developers has shifted from content management to big data to data science to machine learning, and it can be argued that what the company specializes in - solid expertise in the field - has not always been achievable. As it gets larger, it is, perforce, becoming more traditional in terms of the talent it recruits. Compensation is on par with others in the same space.

A high percentage of their business is derived from referrals from other customers. They have a strong focus on community and believe in giving back to their local communities.

Like any small company they have their challenges in managing all of the administrative details associated with being nimble. Sometimes their is resistance to making the proper investments in resources to ensure the administrative details of the company are consistently implemented.
