Great but Indecisive

Great coworkers, awesome benefits, and an interesting industry to work in.
Small teams of really dedicated people kept that place afloat.

Top-heavy with middle management that had no confidence in the technology and created a lot of unnecessary red tape. Expanded beyond their means and wasted resources on failed or abandoned projects.

Had promise but ruined by leadership mismanagement.

Great benefits and nice to work around so many smart folks. Interesting projects. Great promise on technology. Free snacks and daily catered lunches. Pay was OK at best.

Horribly mismanaged by the people at the top. Sales was not able to close strategic deals on important partnerships. Was laid off after only a few months of having been brought on board. Horrible execution from leadership. No severances.

- A great opportunity to work with very smart people on challenging and cutting edge projects
- Competitive compensation
|
- There is very little confidence in the senior management. For a start-up with limited funds and a limited number of shots to "get it right", they constantly changed course on product decision and have made very questionable business decisions.
- The bungling and lack of transparency from senior management has hurt company morale
- It's in a soulless office park in Belmont
