The pay for the work stress. A lot of people quit a few years in. If you find a good property that has a good manager and good residents. It's really dependent on the residents and how they treat office staff.

Corporate team could care less…

Some of the properties and on site teams are great.

The culture is so beyond overblown. When it comes down to it no they really don’t consider you family or anything of the sort. I’ve been in leadership meetings where people allow executives to humiliate and belittle other employees, then your supervisor will try to convince you it’s okay.

The company culture of fivers are very strong. I would say that there are employee empowering events going in at all times. Leadership are very supportive at anytime and the room for growth is exponential. This industry is
very stressful so it is very important to have a leadership team that is approachable and supportive at all times. They allow me to go on vacations multiple times of the year.

I have nothing bad to say about Avenue5. I worked for 3 other apartment management company in my life and Avenue5 is absolutely the best.
