A small size firm, but they are all hand-picked group of the best of the best in each of their fields. Top talent. Currently, over 30 employees, but the firm is growing rapidly. Compensation is great. In general, this is a very top place to work, in my opinion. Just the perks alone, would make this a dream job. At Avista, I was surrounded by intelligent, hard-working and passionate people who enjoyed their work from both an intellectual and professional standpoint. As ACP is a relatively young company, there exist identify issues with the culture which ultimately impact teamwork and camaraderie within the firm.
