All of the people responsible for the Pros were let go or chose to leave. In general, the leadership is very weak and those in leadership positions are very protective of their power to the detriment of the company's health. But the biggest problem with this company is the lack of vision when it comes to a marketable product.

Dysfunctional Work Environment

When teams are allowed to solve real problems. Eating lunch and drinking the water.

Chasing artificial deadlines, no clear direction, lack of leadership, lack of accountability from C-Level. Distributed office locations makes things harder than necessary, but helps avoid some toxic behavior. CEO has authority without accountability. Layoffs!!!!!!!

The new CEO has been in the role for almost 2 years with no positive results. There is a need for C-Level accountability and transparency. Don't blame others for mistakes that start at the top. Stop treating people poorly. Evaluate the board and C-Level.
