All of the people responsible for the Pros were let go or chose to leave. In general, the leadership is very weak and those in leadership positions are very protective of their power to the detriment of the company's health. Eating lunch and drinking the water. Chasing artificial deadlines, no clear direction, lack of leadership, lack of accountability from C-Level. Distributed office locations makes things harder than necessary, but helps avoid some toxic behavior. CEO has authority without accountability.
