Employees were were willing to share their experiences and help whenever they could. The company itself is supportive of its employees in every aspect. Benefits package was awesome! I wish I could have continued to work here. 2020 became a very rough year for the company. The culture here is great and there is an impressive amount of effort exerted in an effort to retain it. The opportunity to grow is tremendous as the company is still growing quickly. The organization continues to focus in on its offerings and this allows for everyone in the team to have a better chance to succeed. The last two years have been excellent especially as the "start-up" mindset has gone away and the company has begun to focus on its future trajectory. Being part of a team at Axia Technology Partners means being flexible and sometimes working in elements that aren't in your job description. Others have posted small company but their revenues are over 15MM so I'm not sure what these folks are calling small? They pay very competitively and they have been featured in thestreet.com and numerous other trade and industry publications. Good people to work with. Willing to work with you if their was an emergency or problem. Was repeatedly told "Thanks" for a job well done, extra effort, or just doing my job in general. Small company that doesn't know where they are actually going, yet.
