The vertical team (Client Team) are stalwarts of sales- pushing revenue through the roof 2. The pipeline of the company is robust with many tools in the arsenal 3. Very open culture - you can send a mail to Jassi and he would respond 4. Lean and flat hierarchy; even those who have P&L responsibility of 25 million may have 2-4 direct reports. Kudos to the leadership on creating such a lean structure 1. Salary is beyond industry standards.. 2. Lack of diversity with 75% of the resources India based 3. Some incompetent people in the middle layer (Managers - Directors) are hired/retained due to 'Who knows who's. Though 90% of the staff is competent, would be awesome to see more meritocracy - definitely steps taken in the right direction 4. I do not find many opportunities for design and development in the US. Most of the design and development is driven from India. Good Learning Opportunities for freshers. Internal training mechanism is well designed . No one bothers for work life balance . Lesser Processes and Poor Resource Planning . Decisions / Promotions / Hikes are less driven by facts and are biased. Mostly depends on quantity of work than quality. Internal training institute is good but not well promoted/encouraged by managers to support deliveries. Great engineers / associates but poor mid level management .
