Azul seems to apperciate the support team but the SE team is treated as second class citizens and are allowed to be abused verbally and mentally by the sales team. The Sales engineering manager is weak and is a total liability and the bay area sales person is a unprofessional and narcissistic. If you want to learn about Java this is a good place to work. If you want a good work environment with professional sales people and a manager that will put you in a place to succeed this is not the place to work. I would strong suggest you avoid Azul at all costs.
