Terrible pay.
I was hired with years of experience at $16 an hour and one week later a college kid with zero experience was hired at $16.50.
When we would have products that never work and always break instead of getting rid of that product like they said we would they resign the product(partner as they are called) because the partner was willing to pay more money to keep there defective product in our store even though corporate knows the product is defective and does not work.
Corporate likes to pretend that the company is an inclusive environment where if there is ever an issue it will be taken care of however they brush everything under the rug and say it will be taken care of eventually.
Pay checks are frequently missing overtime or even regular time. And by frequently I mean at least one paycheck a month.
Reported the frequent missing pay and was contacted by HR(who does the pay) and they proceeded to tell me how hard there job is because they had to take a pay cut due to the pandemic and I need to cut them more slack and when I said I would like to have this conversation with another person on the call they hung up the phone and contacted my direct manager and lied about our conversation and claimed I said things I did not and fired me the next day even though my direct manager backed me up and said the claim of what I said was false. Great direct managers but for a company to treat there lower level employees so terrible and then fire them for essentially no reason after years of dedication was heart breaking and I would highly recommend thinking twice about working for b8ta.
