Not super-hierarchical, so you can talk to anyone in the office if you have an idea worth sharing. You can work from home and work hours are extremely flexible. Also, they give a standard 20 days of vacation to each employee. | The cofounders do not communicate well with each other. Bonus structures are promised but never delivered upon. The office space is thrown together in a "we are a real company but not really" kinda way. The culture is way too operations heavy and the cofounders prefer to keep it that way.
