- Very much fast changing - the company's objective turns 180 degree after few months, showing the risk management and planning not effective

Back Market was the only French company I wanted to work for. The mission and the product is incredible and it seemed to be a highly cooperative & fun environment.
I know fast paced as I worked in Start ups and scale up before so the Employer branding attracted me to apply. But BM took messy and hectic to the next level.
I would like people to understand that it is all lies and marketing. In reality, you are being micro managed by terrible managers. Decision makers have a huge ego and do not listen to what you have to say. I actually could not do my job , I felt completely disempowered.
There is no diversity there and absolutely no inclusion. If you do not speak French, you are left out as they all speak French all the time. When you are new, people just ignore you. When you need arrangement because things are not going too well at home, they do not care and worst of all you get penalised.
This experience actually affected my mental health.
I do not recommend.
