Manager was stealing and making it seem like it was me by making my register short all the time. Melissa puts on this fake act and personality that she is humble and nice but that's a snake in sheep clothing. They'll take advantage of you if you let them. If you want to be stressed and always come to work stressed this job is probably for you but no you won’t be promoted they use your ideas (MELISSA) and takes them as her own. Unfortunately management doesn’t always work with scheduling. All you can eat cupcakes so that’s a plus. Holidays are mandatory. Corporate has favorites & favorite stores & employees. I found out that the regional manager was talking about me and my personal conflicts and the comments were disrespectful which is ultimately the reason why I left the company. They watch your every move & find ways to fire people for the slightest things. Also, there are roaches at certain locations and management refuses to exterminate properly. Management takes tip money away from sales leads and cupcake keepers and a lot of the sales goals are unrealistic. Too much responsibility is placed on the lower staff. Also, the bullying that goes on between associates is sad. Even though you have to be over 18 to work here, it feels juvenile. BBM needs to be online only.
