Poor hiring process, middle management fumbling, lack of governance or incentive for productivity. Too many hours with breaks/lunches not comped or accounted for. Petty middle managers who gossip. No due diligence for good brand ambassadors.

The PH team was a great team to work with - it has been a pleasure.

The company seriously needs to improve their service and the way they treat their employees. Only hires people when needed and in a blink of an eye, they will be mass terminating their support agents due to loss of events which was technically their own fault due to bad service.
