Sexism, ageism, elitism and toxic culture. Be prepared to have to explain your mistakes to the rest of the company and watch others be humiliated by upper management for things they had no control over.
If you apply here, make sure to ask about two key concepts:
1. Work life balance: Will I receive calls 7 days a week from early in the morning to late at night? Will I be asked to work late nights to "catch up"? Will I be acknowledged for going "above and beyond" or just for when I "mess up"?
2. Company Culture: Have you ever spied on employees chat and fired them for their discussions? How do you handle coaching conversations so that employees progress and aren't insulted?
These are simple questions that deserve simple answers. Don't let them give you the run around for them.
Also, any interns that work there are "encouraged to write a review" on here so don't trust all the reviews.

Board needs to be more involved to know what type of activities happen daily. Employees get silo'd so they feel alone and that way there is no push back on how management treats people. Highly recommend new management get put in place.

great tech team and product that just keeps getting better-love that we save customers water and money. Love that our customers are expanding with us all of the time-makes account management fun! Very casual work environment-you can wear what you want and the office is dog friendly! very smart team-committed to high standards-health insurance is really cost effective and we even have a 401K!

some very poor hiring decisions were made in the past-a lot of lying about people's whereabouts and other things-one bad apple certainly spoils the bunch in a company this small. Glad we are past that-

- My department was run well, however the VP in charge is no longer with the company.
- We had a steady stream of [meaningful] work amidst constantly shifting priorities.
- Generally friendly environment (up until early 2018).

- Executive management has a tendency to hide the truth, and lie directly to employees (small example: results of employee survey were clearly misrepresented after discovering other employee's answers).
- The environment was made very uncomfortable for employees that the CEO did not approve of.
- There's a lack of long-term goals for the company.
