Great company with good culture

Smaller business which have great perks: good support, camaraderie, remote work environment, etc. ultimately the autonomy, flexibility, and leadership support set the company apart from others in our industry and make it feel less like a 'job'. The compensation is fair. The company is in growth mode so the opportunities can be endless. As for the partially negative review, it's all relative. With any company the challenge is requiring good work ethic, consistent effort, and being committed regardless of the position/ role.
