The quality of 1-1's, of mentoring sessions and of performance coaching is unusually high for such a small team. I have seen both junior and senior team members grow there much faster than I have in any other startups in my 10 years in Silicon Valley. 2) Unique mission: the mission of Bayes to create a new movement of citizen-led public services is extremely exciting. The team is both brilliant and compassionate. Very transparent and flat culture, strong values of openness and drive and learning. You really feel like you're part of something big. | Only the pay. Though it's enough to live on in SF, and everyone (including management) is paid exactly the same.
