Horrible
|
Underpaid regardless of skill. Horrible training. Higher management acts like a child throwing a temper tantrum, degrades employees. Will scream at you in front of the entire floor resulting in the owner apologizing on their behalf. Overall unprofessional. Deems every employee as replaceable and will not fight to keep you, regardless of how long you've been with the company. Techs are over worked. Numerous incidents of OSHA violations.

In terms of job security at Zito Media, I think if you get employed start looking for new employment as soon as possible they will send you out with little training if any give you a vehicular and fuel card but if you break down don’t expect any help from the company they will leave you stranded
Management
In general, managers at Zito Media a hand full know what they are doing the rest have no clue what is going on and glorify their title

Collaboration with my colleagues at Zito Media is none go out on jobs
Overall
My experience working at Zito Media overall experience extremely poor I have been looking for a job within another corporation to the point I would take a large pay cut just to get away from this company

As far as cable companies go zito gets an F, they only care about the money they make, customer service is lacking and employee relatiobs is non existent

Local coworkers are awsome and family

Its not for everyone but good
|
I love it here everyone has been great and that's not just a new guy talking in his honeymoon stage I have been here multiple years.
However there is days I hate and don't want to do it or feel like I can't figure it out of course there are but every morning I'm ready to go again and that's not my personality I know what it is to truly hate your job and working at Zito is not one of those companies it is a good place to work

If you have no kids, or have no life after work, step on up.

Job was fun. Company was not great. Didn't supply us with the tools or equipment needed. Modems were always scarce. Manager was amazing. Co workers were great. orporate was garbage. Call you out for non emergencies on weekends and holidays. Call center would give false information to customers so they were already angry when we showed up. Company will not spend the dollar to help their employees job run smooth. Getting a hold of your own dispatch was a disaster. Raises aren't discussed.
