Adequate and expensive benefits, easy commute, The maintenance team really keeps the place going.

Overall the company is unorganized. Top management has been there for decades, has limited experience and although thoughtful, they are very stuck in the past and only care about themselves. The company structure leaves little room for advancement into actual, meaningful management jobs. Always short staffed and management is poorly trained, if at all.
Little is expected of staff other than showing up and producing the work.

Bay photo gave me my second chance and has done nothing but right by me. There are so many happy people working at Bay photo polite and all. I'm incredibly grateful . I work in the print finishing Dept. And my boss (Kenny Esterson) is the most patient person I've met he teaches you a whole new talent and how to focus. He is concerned about saftey and his employees well being.
