Techs and project managers get worked to the breaking point and are not aften given support or the tools needed. Many people that do work their are inexperienced in their job title and refuse to listen and support the people who do deal with the issues on a daily basis strickly because of budgetaryreasons or personal opinions. Their have been many osha violation and unsafe working condition's. . Their are clicks in upper management to ensure that they secure their positions. An Ops manager that is also a Project Manager? Like to blamed when the job you worked on loses money because the idiot sales people don't include travel and lift rentals? Then this is the place for you!! You also get NO sick days. Unless you're a sales person, don't bother working here. Small company that has grown and the owner refuses to change his business model.
