BEE is a sustainability consulting, green materials procurement, and technology company with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tokyo, Milan and Pune that helps projects all over the world achieve their sustainability targets in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We have three business divisions:
• Sustainable Engineering Consulting: our technical team can take care of all, or part of, the work necessary to carry out a sustainability project under any of the green building certification systems - including computer simulations (energy, light, CFD), engineering calculations, project application, credit documentation, final submission, and reviewer responses. We are approved Auditors for RESET and LBC in addition to WELL Performance Verification on-site Auditors.
• Procurement Services: we focus on identifying the most optimal sustainable materials solutions for a specific project, drafting tendering documentation, locating local suppliers, conducting a full company evaluation and product QC, and procuring on time and on budget.
• Intelligent Building Management: we offer a cloud-based real-time management system that allows our team to analyze different aspects of indoor spaces. Our tool pulls a myriad of data points together to help clients control, communicate, and derive real-time strategies to make sure an indoor space has the best environment for its occupants' health and productivity.
We have worked on over 300 projects in over 30 countries, comprising over 35 million square feet of GFA. We are LEED Proven Providers, Gold Members of USGBC, have contributed to the development of LEED via the LEED Steering Committee and International Roundtable, and were recognized as Top 15 LEED Service Provider for China.
